THE CHALLENGE
Creating a brand that intricately captures the essence of a space as a unique experiential entity—a concept that resonates with exclusivity known to a select few. The objective was to articulate an unparalleled hospitality experience that unfolds seamlessly with each entrance, drawing inspiration from the profound Japanese concept of Omotenashi. Our goal was to translate this vision into a brand identity that not only communicates exclusivity but also embodies the extraordinary sense of welcome inspired by Omotenashi.
THE SOLUTION
Seamlessly blended contemporary aesthetics with minimalistic elements to fashion a distinctive logotype and branding. Our focal point was the design of a logo featuring a bluefin tuna, celebrated as one of the most coveted delicacies in sushi bars and upscale restaurants worldwide—an emblematic representation of the essence of Tenashi. This iconic imagery was strategically incorporated to evoke an air of exclusivity and sophistication, harmonizing seamlessly with the brand's unwavering commitment to exceptional hospitality.
To augment the visual impact, we chose an elegant font and embraced a watercolored texture feel. The refined color palette ensures a timeless appeal, while the creative use of the bluefin tuna adds layers of depth. The outcome is a cohesive, versatile, and captivating visual identity that unequivocally sets Tenashi apart from the rest, embodying its unique blend of culinary excellence and refined hospitality.
